Why an online reading is every bit as thorough
A Vedic chart is calculated from your date, time and place of birth. Nothing about the method changes when the conversation happens on a screen, and a few things get better.
- No travel and no waiting room. Join from home, a quiet office room or another country
- Keep your notes, questions and old horoscopes open beside you
- Record the session for your own reference and listen again later
- Family members in different cities can join the same call
What a session time in India looks like where you are
Sessions run Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 18:00 India time (IST, UTC+5:30). A few examples:
| India (IST) | Dubai | Singapore | London | New York | Sydney |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10:00 am | 8:30 am | 12:30 pm | 4:30 am / 5:30 am | 11:30 pm / 12:30 am* | 2:30 pm / 3:30 pm |
| 1:00 pm | 11:30 am | 3:30 pm | 7:30 am / 8:30 am | 2:30 am / 3:30 am | 5:30 pm / 6:30 pm |
| 5:00 pm | 3:30 pm | 7:30 pm | 11:30 am / 12:30 pm | 6:30 am / 7:30 am | 9:30 pm / 10:30 pm |
Where two times are shown, the first applies when your clocks are on standard time and the second during daylight saving time. *In New York, a 10:00 am IST session falls on the previous evening. If none of these hours suit you, message on WhatsApp and a workable time can be discussed.

“Astrology is a mirror, not a verdict.”Acharya Shweta Sharma, on her approach
Getting the most from an online session
- A stable internet connection and earphones, or a phone line if video is difficult
- A quiet room where you can speak freely for the full hour
- Your date, time and place of birth, and the questions you want answered
- For matching, the birth details of both people, and anyone who should join
Booking from abroad? Enter the place of birth, not where you live now. The chart is calculated for the moment and place you were born, wherever life has taken you since.
What she will do, and what she won’t
You can count on
- A live reading by Acharya Shweta herself, every time
- Fees stated upfront in rupees, with nothing added later
- Plain-language explanations, whatever your level of familiarity with astrology
- Your recording, your notes and your chart kept private
You will never hear or be pushed into
- Frightening predictions designed to make you anxious
- Pressure to buy gemstones, pujas or paid rituals. If a gemstone is ever suggested, it is optional and must be lab-certified
- Your chart or your questions being shared with anyone
- A decision made for you. The choice always stays yours
Online consultations: what people ask
Is an online astrology consultation as accurate as meeting in person?
Yes. The reading depends on your date, time and place of birth and on the astrologer’s method, not on sitting in the same room. Online, you can also record the session and keep your notes open beside you.
Which platforms do you use?
Zoom or Google Meet for video, or an ordinary phone call if you prefer. The details are confirmed once you book.
I live outside India. How do payment and timing work?
Fees are in Indian rupees and paid online when you book. If your card has trouble with an Indian payment page, message on WhatsApp and PayPal or a bank transfer can be arranged. Sessions are held between 10:00 and 18:00 IST, Monday to Saturday.
Which consultation should I choose?
The Birth Chart Reading for a complete picture; the Career Consultation for a work decision; Marriage & Relationship for matching or marriage timing; Tarot for one clear question without birth details. If you are unsure, ask on WhatsApp before booking.
Can I record the session?
Yes, for your own reference. With the Birth Chart Reading you also receive a written report within 3 to 5 working days.
Can family members in another city join?
Yes. Share the meeting details with whoever should be there. For kundli matching, parents can join from different cities too.
What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
Mention it when you book. Acharya Shweta can narrow it down using the dates of a few major life events before reading anything time-sensitive. Tarot needs no birth details at all.
