Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment

All consultation sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website. Payment confirms your booking and secures your time slot. A confirmation email with your Zoom meeting link will be sent upon successful payment.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled session time at no additional charge. To reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-8278376655 or email us. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. However, you are entitled to one complimentary reschedule.

No-Show Policy

If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, this is considered a no-show. No-show sessions are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp so we can assist you.

Cancellation by Practitioner

In the unlikely event that Shweta Sharma needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of a full refund (processed within 5-7 business days) or priority rescheduling at a time convenient for you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method used during booking. International transactions may take slightly longer due to bank processing times.

Written Reports

Once a written astrological report has been prepared and delivered, it is non-refundable. If you have concerns about the accuracy or completeness of your report, please contact us within 7 days and we will address your concerns.
